Use debian.* files for building unstable package for Debian.

For stable version enought to ceate an archive debian.tar.gz with folder debian inside.
|
|
|
|
Run obs_debian.sh for updating files.
|
|
|
|
Don't forget to update version inside valentina.dsc if need!
