Roman Telezhynskyi	972dd36fcf	Redesign printing system. ref #494. Printing is not working. ... Made complete redesign of printing code. Now the code check printer's dpi and calculate scale factor. Instead of printing with QImage buffer the code print directly on printer. Help avoid limitations of QImage class. Also removed menu option "Save as PDF".
